Shipping & Delivery
When placing an order, you naturally want to know when to expect your package and what the shipping costs are. It's also helpful to know which carrier will deliver your package and whether you can track your order. Below, we answer these questions so you know exactly what to expect.
How quickly will my order be delivered?
We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible. If you order on weekdays before 8:00 PM, your package will be shipped the same day, and you can have it delivered the next day. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday, so you can expect them on Tuesday.
Are there any shipping costs?
For orders over €30, shipping is free. For orders under €30, we charge €4.95 in shipping costs.
Which carrier delivers my package?
We work with DHL for the delivery of our packages. DHL delivers the package to the address you provided. If you are not home, the courier will leave a message with a new delivery appointment. A signature is required to receive the package.
Can I track my order?
Yes, as soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a Track & Trace number via email that allows you to track your package via DHL. Additionally, you will receive an email from DHL with the option to adjust the delivery or change the address to a DHL pickup point. If you have the DHL app, the delivery will also appear there, keeping you updated on the status of your order at all times.
